Mobilizing Our Brothers Initiative (MOBI) is a series of curated social connectivity events for gay and queer people of color (POC) to see their holistic self while promoting community, wellness, and personal development. MOBI is seeking a group of dynamic individuals to develop their skills in the following areas:
Community Engagement
Events and Operations
Editorial (MOBImag)
Public Relations
Social Media
Visual and Creative
Talent Assistant
Development and Sponsorships
The MOBIfellowship is an opportunity for emerging professionals, between the ages of 18 – 29, to join the MOBI team. MOBIfellows will be an integral part as we seek to foster the next generation of professional leaders in their respective fields. All applications must be submitted by Sunday, December 1st. The minimum requirements for the fellowship are below:
Able to complete a 6-month fellowship commitment (January 2020 – June 2020)
Must attend monthly planning meetings with MOBI team
Available to attend designated workshops and trainings for professional development over the course of the fellowship.
Directly assist assigned director
Must have a passion to furthering the Black and POC Queer community
Completed fellowship application submitted by Sunday, December 1st
